WEEKLY VENDOR RATES April 1 - May 31, 2019:  $13 per interior space / $16 per corner space / $18 for grass areas.

WEEKLY VENDOR RATES BEGINNING JUNE 1, 2019: $15 per interior space / $18 per corner space / $25 for grass area (along the tree line and along the field).

The increase in the rates is due to the increased volume of trash / unsold items that many vendors are leaving behind.  Since the refuse bill has increased dramatically, we must increase the cost of space rental.  We are a non-profit organization.

RESERVED VENDORS pay for 4 weeks of rent on the 1st Sunday of each month to hold their space. Please speak to someone in the office regarding the rates for reserved vendors.

Dogs and other pets are not permitted at the Flea Market with the exception of Service Animals.  Thank you for understanding and cooperation.

The Farmers' Flea Market will  not operate on Easter Sunday, April 21, 2019 so that our volunteers are able to spend the holiday with their families.  Thank you for understanding.

Golf carts and other motorized vehicles are NOT allowed to be operated in the market during market hours except carts being used by the satff, and of course, those who are handicapped who have motorized chairs and have no other means to transport through the market.

The Farmers' Flea Market opened on April 22, 2007 as a method of raising money to pay for our large mortgage created when we purchased our 90 acres in January 2007.  Our market is operated by the volunteers of our organization to benefit the land debt and to help us continue to provide the support for events thoughout the year.  Since the opening date, the market has reached a level of over 500 vendor spaces thoughout the reserved season of April through October.  We operate as a year-round market based on weather, and we sustain approximately 30 to 50 vendors on a given Sunday througout the non-reserved months of November through March.  We hope you will join and support our market.  We continue to provide a quality market thanks to the support of our many diverse vendors and patrons that buy from them.
