The Market operates every Sunday throughout the year*, weather permitting.
6:00am - 2:00pm
Gates Open Saturday Evening; Gates Close Sunday 3:30pm
No motorized vehicles are allowed in the flea market during market hours, golf cart exception for the handicapped.

VENDOR INFORMATION
Spaces are 15' x 30'
Year Round Information:

Spaces are marked by white plates at each corner in sections A-D. All items including vehicles must be kept within your space to avoid paying for additional spaces.

Grass spaces are marked with orange paint on the blacktop and extend back to the tree line.

All payments must be cash (exempt for monthly reserved vendors)​

Volunteers visit each space to collect payment (receipts available upon request). Payment may also be made at the office (be sure to get a receipt if doing so).

Summer Reserve Season (April- October) Information:

Non-Reserve weekly vendors are $15 per week interior space or $18 per week corner space in Sections A & D.

Grass area around edges of market are $25 per week.

Reserved monthly vendors are $56 per month interior or $68 per month corner space. Monthly vendors must pay spaces in full on the first Sunday of the month.

Monthly vendors are in Sections B & C.

Winter Season (November- March) Information:

All sites are $15 per week.

Unoccupied spaces are first come, first serve.

All spaces occupied by Trailers or Buildings must be paid monthly whether attending during winter months or not.
