Flea and Farmers Market

The Market operates every Sunday year round, weather permitting. 

Starting Time - 6:00am Closing - 2:00pm

Gates Open Saturday Evening; Gates Close Sunday 3:30pm

Office Hours - 6:00am - 11:00am

Over 500 Vendors

No motorized vehicles are allowed during market hours, except for the handicapped.

No PETS or ANIMALS are allowed, except service animals.

Market will be closed on the following dates in 2021:

  • April 4 - Easter

  • December 28

Vendor Information

Spaces are 15' by 30'. They are marked by white plates.

All your items, including vehicles must be within the plates.

The following must be on file with the association:

  • Name and Address

  • Phone number

  • PA Tax Id

All payments must be cash, see exception below.

Reserved Vendors - you may pay for a month at a time on the first Sunday of the month to reserve your space. [Payment for reserved spaces may be by check.]

 

Volunteers will come around and collect payment or you may pay in the office. If you pay at the office make sure you get a receipt.

Summer Reserve Season (runs from April to October)

Sections A & B are reserved and paid the first Sunday of each month

Space size is 15' by 30'

Corner spaces are $68 / month

interior spaces are $56 / month

*You must see us in the office on a Sunday morning to reserve spaces because we are limited on what is available.

 

Sections C & D & Grass are week to week, first come first serve

Grass area spaces are indicated by an orange line on the blacktop and extend back to the tree line.

$15 for interior 15'by30'

$18 for corners 15'by30'

$25 for grass that are 15' but larger in depth for trucks and trailers

Winter Season (runs from November to March)

All spaces not occupied are first come, first serve and $15 per week

All spaces occupied by buildings and trailers must be paid by the month if not attending regular during the winter months
